oh yes, that's happened a few times to me, too. I might just call it Molly after the unsinkable Molly Brown,lol. She goes down, but she just won't STAY down!

Push and hold the ON/OFF and the OK buttons for about 4-5 seconds, and the mashine will power down. No problem!

videojim. I am sorry, Ididn't take my time to read your profile. My advice was ment for S-4K-users. But, for your Reno I have read about an advice just like what you did. Push and hold the on/off button until the mashine is powering down.
