Arabesk v4.9 (PAL) purports more player compatibility - and as far as I've found does increase the number of machines that AVCHD disks do play on.

However a recent convert to v4.9 lost the compatibility with his LG BD player - he went back to v4.6 and once agin it was fine.

Maybe the S4000 that you tried had a different version (older) of Arabesk than the S4100 you've now got :?:

Bogart now seems to contain any BD/DVD firmware updates (as opposed to a separate piece of software) so is yours up to date (I presume that it is as the machine is new though).

Also, maybe, when v4.9 is released in the US that'll be better too :!:
