I see you use 3.1. 3.2C works with .MOV All of my .MOV files work. JVC cameras have .MOV as do others. OR...maybe it is a PAL vs. NTSC

Re: Burning BD-R in S4100
Ooops - forgot to change those details - I'm on v3.2c also.
.MOV recorded in via the Record window cause my machine to lock.
In Media Manager they are fine - just takes a little longer due to then using Bogart Archives to import them into Scene Bin.
Also .AVI's are fine as long as they're not too long. If the clip is over about 10 minutes it just fails to load.
But in Media Manager (just imported 156 minutes) it is fine.
Must be a PAL / NTSC thing

Could you give me the source of the .MOV files please? It is important. Thanks

I have same problem. I am using Memorex blue ray 25GB disc. After adding movie in Arabesk is completed i try to record movie it doesn't work. I am using new 3.2C Bogart and 4. Arabesk. Not sure if it's software issue or a disc. I tried 5 times and it didn't work.

Mine works fine. HOWEVER, was this a copy from another person? You don't have to answer.

Re: Burning BD-R in S4100
Actually no
Martyn sent me one ages ago for testing - so it's an original DVD with .AVI (for PC) & .MOV (for Mac) files on it.
Maybe it's a PAL / NTSC thing ?
No real problem as Media Manager brings them in for me.
