Loading in backs
I bought a CD from footagefirm.com with some HD and SD backs on a certain theme. Can they be loaded into a Renomee to do what they are designed to, and if so, how? Got em for the cost of shipping, so I am out less than $10 if I can't , but thought I'd get em and see what happens. Ideas? Thanks!

Jim are they on a cd or DVD. I got some in my Renommee by playing the dvd on a player and recording them on a dv vtr and then dumping them into my Cassie. You are saying back you mean back drops? Bob...

Since they are all moving backgrounds, I will assume this is a DVD. But don't have any HD equipment. I rent a camera when I do a shoot , dump it in and turn it in.

Have you got a dvd player? You can dump it in the Renommee just as any other video. Using svideo or fire wire if player has it.
Once you have it in you can split it into the individual scenes. I have some I did this way. They look as good as the ones I bought on dv tape, but I am totally in SD. I also have some that I had to convert to avi files so the Renommee could see them.

Jim Did you have any luck? I have that Jucier software but the jumpbacks I had wouldn't go in with that software. I ended up downloading software to convert them. Bob..
