I need to import a video clip from my PC into my Solitaire. What AVI type do I use in order to get my Cassie to read the disk using Disk Transfer?

For Premier Pro use “Microsoft DV AVI”. Here's a useful page from Carroll Lam's website: http://www.clamcamvideo.com/resources.html that has links to all manuals and some useful articles too.

In Sony Vegas you checkmark both Microsoft DV and Ignore 3rd Party Codecs in the Preference menu.
My mom always told me that happiness was the key to life.
At school they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up.
I said “happy" and they told me I didn’t understand the question.
I told them they didn’t understand life.
