Weird Problem!
I had something happen today that I had never seen before. I was playing back a DVd that I had made last year and in the middle of a race near the end of a 1:40 video the music that was on the introduction appeared. It was 30 sec on the intro and 30sec on the last race. Has anyone else had that happen. If so what would cause it. It is on my master dvd so it was on the production I sold last June. The weirdest part no one said a thing and it must have been on all the copy's.. Bob...

Re: Weird Problem!
Hi Bob
There was probably an audio sample that was left on the audio track and maybe it wasn't locked to the scenes.
I always have my audio samples locked otherwise if you make one adjustment to a scene you have to replace all your audio samples who are after that scene.
The sample might have not been visible on the track depending how long the scene was and how short the audio sample was.
For instance if the scene is 5 min long and the audio sample is 30 sec there will be just a small hairline visible or not depending how good your eye site is.
You could check this by dropping an audio sample on the track you mostly use and try to positioning it to the begin of the next audio sample if it goes all the way you have nothing else on that track. Make sure you remove that sample straight away other wise you have music there.
Or you can just be care full when placing samples as it does happen to the best.

Re: Weird Problem!
Hi Jeanton
I don't think I had an audio sample on that program. It was just a straight weekly race with 3 splits on every race. The music came from a CD in my library. I have had something similar happen when I gabbed an audio sample from a spot in my video and used it in my program and then added transitions. My audio sample squirts all over. I don't think that was what I had here. Course I can't hardly remember what I had for breakfast this morning. By the way I have been using fire wire and it is working well. I haven't come across a scene where I need to adjust the video yet but I'll deal with that as it comes. Thanks Bob..

When uninvited audio or video clips pop up it would suggest that your drive could do with a full installation (not an update) of the operating system.
