Cross Fade Problems

I am working on a 90 minute projects involving a ton of scenes. I am using cross fades on each of them, some 1 second, some 2 seconds. I have a reoccurring problem that on a number of the cross fades, short scenes from another separate project show up. I can remove the cross fade and then add it again and everything is cool, the other scene disappears. This has happened 6 times in this one project. Has happened in other also. I have a Solitaire. I talked to a friend that bought a new unit and he is experiencing the same thing. Any ideas. It is a pain to have to fix it especially after I have included the music sound track. Thanks

When you installed your listed OS 7, did you you do a complete destructive install? Sometimes just an upgrade to a later version of software will cause odd problems such as you have described and even missing add on software.
