For some reason our media input screen is not coming up. It seems as if we must have hit a wrong button or something. Do you have any directions for getting it to show up again?

Do you by chance mean the 'Media Manager' menu/screen? Or are you looking to get back into the Record Menu?

Yes, the media manager; it seems the screen somehow got shut down even though the information seems to be there, but the screen isn't bringing it up, we need to figure out how to get the screen to come back on or how to change it back to the proper screen setting. thanks we'll look for your ideas.

It is likely that your Media manager is on a different monitor set-up than your 'regular' video editing menus, to change that follow this article/tutorial (in the public resources on my website) http://www.casablancaexpert.com/articles/20090821_3
