Help Dvd tray will not open

I have the 4000 pro and my dvd tray will not open! Tried the button on the front. The button on the screen. Tried restarting. Just when all the projects need to be done before christmas.

I have had that happen a couple of times as well Bill. When you restart, hold down Escape key 'Esc' on the keyboard and it should cause the tray to open for you.

Not sure if it works on your S-4000 pro, but on S 4100 and Bogart SE 3.4e you can push the F4 key on your keyboard, or the open/close key on your menu-screen.

Thanks I was very nervous that I would not be able to complete my projects. I unpluged everything and then replugged and the door opened.

That's just the PAL version at this time I think.

yes you are correct, open the tray options are still only available in PAL Bogart 3.4e version.
Press F4 key or icon in main menu.

you may update to Arabesk 4.13 which works with Bogart 3.4e
Here you may download updated different software working with Bogart3.4e PAL

I have tried to install Arabesk 4.13, but my S 4100 did not react after reading the disc. Nothing happened on the display (usually it does).
I also had some problems when burning the disc (TDK CD-R80), but I got a confirmation that the disc was burned successfully. So, I will wait, and see.

By the way, do you know if MacroSystem has planned to make it possible to have menues on Blu-Ray discs?
