Simple question..Is posible to make a BACKUP from the EXTERNAL hard drive?

Two Samsung BD D5700 Blu-ray players. OPPO 4K player.

Ok I have one EXTERNAL (2tb) hard drive,full of DSLR weddings and video works.. 
this is not internal, so I will like to do a BACKUP from this EXTERNAL HD.
Could a make a possible backup from this external HD

You can make a backup to another drive. Is that what you mean?

SURE. Using your PC, connect both external drives into the USB port. Just send the information located on the External drive to the other. I think that is what you are trying to accomplish? Copying from one Ext. to another Ext. drive?
