Transition problem, Help !!!

Just wandering if any one might be able to help me...I am using a S 4000Pro. Once I load my video in 4.3 mode, everytime I make a transition the B roll displays a cinema look for about a second and then returns to a 4.3 Hd works fine. I have changed the program settings back and forth. It only does this with video input from my Sony HDR FX1 pro camera. Any thought would be helpful. Thanks, Gary

Is your Sony HDR FX1 4:3 then ?

Try loading it again (in an empty project) as 16:9 . . .
