Jittery PIP studio 2

Post by Christopher6206 »

Has anyone using PIP studio 2 had their PIP look jittery? I've got several still pictures flying across the screen in a straight line at a slow rate and they slightly bouce up and down as they are moving from right to left. What causes this? I'm using S-4000 pro with Bogart 2.4c. Thanks>

Chris,

It is very important that when you set the parematers to move from point A to point B that they are in a perfectly straight line and not a couple of digits off or you will get the bounce affect. Was this created using the pre-set moves or the manual custom set (I use & recommend)?

I think your right. I was just going by the line itself being straight, but when I looked at the "coordinates" they were off by just a hair. The reason I went with the picture moving from right to left was because I was having a problem with the zooming PIP. The picture was jittering throuout the entire zooming in of the photo. I had wanted to have mulitple pictures zooming in from various parts of the screen at different speeds. SO when it did the same thing while moving right to left I thought it must be the software. Any ideas why it would jitter while zooming in? This is a 6 second zoom in over a ten second scene. Thanks
