anyone using the sony MRC-1K Compact Flash
i'm thinking about buying the sony MRC-1K Compact Flash , and using it with a sony tape camera. reason the sony hd camcorder using tape, is at a real good price, but i would like to get away from tape and though maybe the sony MRC-1K Compact Flash or some other card recording device would work. plus i would be able to record on tape and flash at the same time and have a back-up. i'm concerned about how the sony flash would work with the s4000. has anyone used or is using the the sony MRC-1K Compact Flash with a s-4000? thanks

The unit itself will work in BOGART via FIREWIRE. You will have to use the unit as a player.
However, you can purchase a card reader and simply download the files. Bogart likes these MPEG-2 files.
