Letter box effect in Arabesk

This is a basic question, but I haven't done much editing in a long time and have forgotten a lot.

I'm trying to do a video in Arabesk 3. There are five chapters which I put together in PRoShow Producer (in 16/9 aspect ratio) and then input into my Prestige. I have Arabesk set to 16/9 Anamorphic. The resulting DVD had a letter box effect and seemed stretched across the screen. I wanted it to fill the screen of my TV, just like each chapter did before adding them to Arabesk. The TV is a good 32" Sony HD TV.

What am I doing wrong? Experimenting with different settings takes a long time because each change has to be rendered and the Video is about 26 minutes long, so I thought I'd check with the BB first.

Problem solved - I just redid the video in a 4:3 aspect ratio and it came out the way I wanted. Now it plays just as it did when I previewed it in the edit menu.
