Karat will not boot up to Bogart 8.3

Never had this happen before, but when putting in my disk from my dealer to go from Bogart 5.5c to Bogart 8.3a; when the screen pops up that tells me to push ether the "enter" button or the "Esc" button nothing happens.I have tried this about 15 times now hoping that it might go to the next screen, but no success. I'm using my Casablanca Karat. Any help would be apreciated.

PS
Both disk burners are working good
Key board working good
No extra stuff plugged into USB ports
Have also burned my own Bogart up grade disks sent to my PC from my dealer and same exact problem.(so I've tried more than one disk)

OK Gary got me fixed up. So if you have this problem make sure you don't have your key board and mouse hooked into your blue inputs, even though they work normally.
