Importing Video Footage From Sony PMW-EX1 Camera

I just purchased a Sony PMW-EX1 camera. Wondering if I can import from the SXS memory cards at high speed. If so could someone explain the import method into the S4000 Pro system. The film going in would be HD. Sony also has a memory stick reader for there memory cards. Does sony's memory stick reader work with the S4000 Pro. Thanks. What is the best method for archiving your footage for use later.
